Beautiful Homesites for Sale

 The Tierra Verde homesites are located in a pristine portion of the north end of the gorgeous San Luis Valley in southern Colorado . They reside in the foothills of the Sawatch Range of the San Juan Mountains near BLM land and the Rio Grande National Forest . The sites surround our irrigated organic agricultural land that will be protected for perpetuity thanks to conservation easements in the works.

All homes have enough water rights to irrigate 1/4 of an acre around the home. The lots average three acres each and lot consolidation could result in fewer homes and larger irrigated plots.
